When we launched the website and our new email newsletter at the end of 2020 we decided to start a new feature of a “Monthly Mug Giveaway”.

If you’re already a newsletter subscriber, you’ve certainly seen our posts about this. But if you’re new here (hi!), I’ll break it down (it’s not rocket science).

At the start of each month, in the newsletter, we post a photo of the mug we will be giving away. At the end of the month, all email newsletter subscribers (regardless of how long they’ve been subscribed) will be entered for a chance to win that mug.

Pretty simple.

We started in November 2020, with this Landscape Mug:

Carol from Appleton was our first winner! (Congrats again)

Then, in December, this Carved Mug was won by Frank in Mineral Point (our first local win!)

Now, here we are in January. I just sent out the newsletter yesterday with a photo of the mug for this month.

Here it is again, The Textured Mug!

All textured mugs are handmade using various methods. We use a combination of texturally intriguing items like vintage lace, antique rolling pins, stamps, and wooden blocks, just to name a few. Some textures are even made with old tools that were used many years ago when our studio was still an operating brewery. 

This mug was made with vintage lace.
